• Costuming and presentation: bespoke, high-quality costumes, veils and accessories that are maintained, replaced and transported for each show.

• Travel and logistics: transport to and from venues, set-up and pack-down time, and any necessary permits or parking fees.

• Ongoing training and development: continuing professional development, specialist workshops and coaching to keep performances fresh and authentic.

• Production and equipment: music licensing, sound equipment, lighting considerations and props tailored to the event.

• Business and safety overheads: public liability insurance, accreditation, bookings administration and communication, and safe working practices.

• Performance extension fee: If you request extra show time beyond the booked package, an additional fee will apply for the extra duration.

• Cancellation policy: Cancellations made within one week (7 days) of the performance date incur a cancellation charge. Further details and amounts are provided in the contract.

• Public holiday fee: Performances on public holidays attract a public-holiday surcharge.

• Last-notice hire fee: Bookings made under two days (48 hours) before the event will incur a last-minute hire fee $50.

• Wait time fee: If we are required to wait 30 minutes or more past the agreed performance start time, a waiting fee will apply.
